Do you subcontract long-distance loads?
No. We run these corridors under our own US DOT and MC authority with our own trucks and crew, so the people who load you are the people who deliver you.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to four weeks is ideal for interstate dates, especially in summer when the Boston and DC corridors get busy. A $150 deposit locks your slot on the calendar.
What determines the final price?
Distance, total weight or cubic footage, and access at both ends set the number. We quote it in writing before the deposit, starting at $2,495 for a standard long-distance run.
Can you hold my things if my new place isn’t ready?
Yes, we can route your load into climate-controlled storage and deliver once the closing or lease date lands, billed month-to-month with no long lock-in.
Which states do you run outside New York?
Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, and North Carolina are regular corridors for us, along with the wider Tri-State reach into New Jersey and Connecticut.
